Are you asking too much of your social care leads?

You could be losing social care leads by making this mistake……

I was looking at a clients care home website last week.

It had a virtual video tour on the website.

Great! I thought, I will have a look.

So I clicked the link.

To watch the video I needed to:

➡️Provide my FULL NAME.

➡️ Give my MOBILE number.

➡️ Give my EMAIL address.

Just to watch a video of something I may have been thinking of buying..

🖱️ Guess what, I clicked off the page WITHOUT completing the form, or watching the video.

🧗‍♀️There were TOO MANY obstacles in the way.

How many prospects would do the same.

I understand the desire the collect lead information, but the perceived VALUE to the prospect will often exceed the INVESTMENT (personal data is a commodity).

Don’t create obstacles that don’t need to be there.
