It doesn't matter if you are a Black Belt

About 15 years ago I achieved a Black Belk in Mixed Martial Arts.

Today I had my first sparring session in many, many, many years.

It didn't matter I was a black belt, I was slow, unfit and lacked the mental and physical agility to keep up.

But I WILL improve with practice

It's the same in business. If you sit back your business sense can become deadened over time. You may become less effective and lose the edge you once had.

And that is not good.

Keeping sharp, fresh and focused is great for growing your business, and delivering great results.

I couldn't remain sharp in the gym on my own. I need professional help. I recognise it:

Keeps me up to date with current trends

Keeps me accountable

Provides motivation

Enables me to enjoy the process more

And I get much better results

In the same way I have my own business coach, it just makes sense.

Have you?
